This is one of my most special Old Friends, an old Boker USA, rescued by Mr @paulhilborn , and gifted to me some years ago. I still have the very nice letter he sent with it, and treasure the Zippo and coin too. I always enjoy carrying this knife :) :thumbsup:

Two of my most treasured knives.
I've had both for a while now and they continually bringing me great joy.
The Lamb was a gift from you, Jack. It's easily the most carried knife in my collection.
The Hounds Tooth was the very first grail knife I was able to chase down and buy from our friend Kevin.

This Case that I hate for its relatively high cost and execrable fit and finish looks all right this morning.
The Grand Sachem Utica is from an antique mall that's closed, in a town that has a sign downtown, saying, "What's happening in [this town]". That's all the sign ever says.
 
It is interesting how a certain knife will find favor even though it may possess characteristics that we ordinarily don’t care for; a sum of it’s parts if you will. In this case, I am not typically a fan of either toothpicks or writing on blades, but this 2002 Limited Edition Case speaks to me in some way. Perhaps it is because blue is my favorite color, or the arrowhead shield? Whatever the reason, I am glad I have it in the fold.
