Old Friends Friday

I can't say that I carry this one EVERY day, but I try to give it some time other than when hunting, because I forged it from scratch, the only knife I have ever made (so far). A little unassuming, but it is special to me. I carry it in an older BUCK 103 flapover sheath. Love those sheaths.

I got this one out to carry recently. It was bought new in 1989 and carried faithfully for quite a while, but it's been put away for many, many years. The Buck 703 Colt is a three-spring stockman and a really great knife. This one is 425M steel.
