"Old Knives"

Hi everyone and thank you for the kind Comments, I am not sure of the suggestions with the Stamping- but who Knows, I remember the trio set from Wade and Butcher of 3 smaller Hunting Knives each that had, Boone, Pioneer and Teddy, but there was also Wallaby etched on another Knife as well, so this is a Reference- and I think? a serious one - but to more likely a person - but who?

eisman Sir- you are on right on the dot, the Punches Spine is thinner and the Brass is an extra Spacer to counter for the thinner Punch compared to the Wider Main blade!
I have just found 1 of these Wallaby knives in an antique store. Bought it for £25

Small NYK Co. knives. The bone one has a faint Little Gem etch, but hard to see in this photo.

Did buy a lot of knives this year but hopefully I can fill out this display next year. Happy holidays everyone.

From the sublime to the ridiculous.

I've been to a few flea markets this month, and picked up some modest, old-ish knives and I'm looking forward to doing some fettling over the holidays.

Looks like the Monarch folding hunter, and Sabre Barlow will clean up nicely.
Will you increase the angle of the spine at the end of the clip, or grind up on the edge to create a bit of belly to restore the tip on the Shapleigh jack, or do you have a donor knife (or a suitable blade laying around) for a blade transplant?

That's a good question. I'm thinking I can do a little of both. Once I have it clean and de-rustified I'll check just where the blade is sitting in the well. I don't want the tip to sit above the frame.
