"Old Knives"

Randy - very nice collection of Great Barlows.

Mark - Whew...well I am not all that up on knowledge of knives, but I can say with confidence that that Marbles is one of THE most collectable and Rare AND sought after Traditional Slippies I have ever seen.

As Paul said to you ( I spike to him this Morning ) you should contact Marbles - I would say they would each give their lefty to have that in their own collection.

Amazingly fantastic.

Thank you Duncan. :)

I am going to contact them on Monday. It is Museum quality and it looks barely used.

I must say Mark, that if I scored that knife - I know I would be holding possibly the best knife I could ever get my hands on in my knife collecting time, well done, thats such a pleasure to see.

I have never seen another like the Marbles???!!! That's what I like about this hobby..Always finding new and unknown blades. Nice find Mark!

Life is way too short to carry a cheap knife, Bill! Carry it but carry it close to the vest.:D

Thank you Randy. I have never seen one like it either. I bought it on the Bay, I don't think they knew what they had as they were not knife dealers.

A few of my Barlows.

I had to carry these pictures over to this page. Amazing Barlow's Randy. Pardon my ignorance but please tell me more about the one with the arrow through the "B"?

Mark, you know what I think about the Marbles...mind blowing to me. I haven't seen it all but I have seen an awful lot...that is one amazing find, good for you brother...good things happen to good people...that's what happened here;)

Nice lump of barlows!

Here's a neat little one. Not the best picture. It's an Atlantic Cutlery, Germany. Solid brass covers, I think ivory inlays.

tuxedo size, about 2 1/2". 2 blades only.

That's an interesting knife Glenn

Outstanding Barlow collection Randy
