"Old Knives"

I think Jack B. posted similar kit knives a few months ago, and this is the second one of my dad's I've found. Anyway I'm really excited about finding this so just had to share.

Nice find Donn, I have a couple two, one like this, and one in a red pouch and with cracked ice cell on the knife. Neither have the wee flyer though. Very interesting to see that

Cheers Jack. I thought I remembered seeing you post similar knives.

Folks, I came across a resource that I don't remember seeing listed. I don't know where to put it, so I'm putting it here:
http://www.kabar.com/content/files/Historical_Knife_Pricing.pdf

It runs from the "mid 60's" to current and has model number, manufacturing dates, and original pricing info. As far as I can determine, you can't get to it from the kabar.com main page. I ran across it in a Google search and thought you might find it useful.

Wow, Jack, those are some nice finds.

Thanks r8shell, I've had a lucky month :)

I love that little quill knife, Jack. Shame that the blade is snapped short.
