This poor Ellenville Knife Co. cattle knife has the misfortune of waddling in an after Galvanic's Ulster posts...Cover your eyes!
And instead of taking bad pics outside, I did bad scans inside 'cause it's raining.

Ladies and Gentlemen, either one of 2 things has happened here. Either 1: this is the work of an immortal who bought these new and kept them tucked away or, 2: time travel

I have not found a good source on determining the age of Schlieper knives so if anyone has any insight on this one, I'm all Eyes... It's 3-1/8" closed. I'm guessing 1950s.

This one I do know is c.1935-1945... pre-shell construction cell handle Imperial stockman; awesome F&F and snap, one of the last of Imperial's great knives. Goins says "Imperial Prov R.I. c1935-1945 A well built knife, marked on the master blade only."

I think I'm in love. Those were so common when I was growing up until bigger meant better took over. Great example of a practical gents pocket knife.
