I can't wait to receive the Shuns Tommorrow! $1300 worth to test out for a week

I have been unfreaking believably happy with the Shuns I have in the kitchen.
Classic, Kaji and Premier.
I used to buy Victorinox, Henkels and even a Cutco setup (yeah, I know) but they are nothing compared
to the quality and dependability of these Shuns.

I got that "too sharp" crap from a few people I sharpened knives for. They got their kitchen knives back and said they were too sharp... Ugh.

I try to explain that the purpose of a knife is tip be sharp, but I've learned that non knife people won't get it.

When my friend was checking out my Cryo and he started rubbing the blade on his hand and I asked what are you doing and he said he was testing how sharp it was. He stopped and said it wasn't sharp and I said "Yeah, that's why your hands bleeding.". All he said was "ohh, that's not good"...sometimes people just disgust me with their stupidity.
