Oh...well then, I'll throw them in the pot for consideration. I'm leaning towards either a CF Blur or a Damascus piece of some sort.

I got the first side of the Chill flat ground today. I'll take some pics tomorrow. I think it looks good.
So, I'm outlining my fantastic giveaway, for the Order of course. Two of the prizes are a Kershaw hat, and a ZT hat. The other will be a knife, but I've yet to choose one. I thought about giving away one of my Damascus Skylines, but part of me thinks one of you guys would just turn around and sell the thing.Kidding!
But I'm a bit attached to them, so I'm instead thinking of a regular production knife. I'm willing to make it a really nice piece, so I'm open to suggestions. $100 limit, preferably, and I'll in all likelihood be getting it from Dave...so, throw some ideas at me gentlemen.![]()
Post pics when you're done.
Are FFG blades more of a slicer than a Hollow Grind blade?
I feel special whenever I ship something out, and when I receive something, but that's usually most of us. I felt really special when I got Stick's package that had the Damascus Skyline, because I know that he touched it. When I got Mark's package on the other hand, I might have gotten' an STD or two from him.Yes they are better slicers as a general rule knotty, and look at you keeping the mailmen employed... O wait we all do that lol
I like to read YouTube arguments. They're bring a lot of enjoyment. Shank you for the in-fo-ma-tion on da FFG.There's a huge argument about that on youtube. It's really just a matter of opinion and preference. I personally think a thin ground FFG is one of the best performing cutters out there.
That, and I worry that someone might try to get into the package. That's why I tape up every spot where the box folds.I always feel nervous when I ship something until it is confirmed that it got to where it was going.
