Labs are extremely smart dogs. Mine is just the spawn of Satan so I have a little resentment towards them.
 
Sometimes....... I feel like punching a hole in the wall. Anyone else get a feeling like that? I was downstairs trying to get the washer to start and it wouldn't. I call my mom, do everything she says, and it still doesn't. That's stuff that just pissed me off. I have patience, don't get me wrong, but sometimes it runs out to say the least.

I get that feeling just about every day. I normally end up throwing something, screaming, or working out. Working out usually works best.

Yes...I know this sounds cheesy. But I write everything down, every single thing I'm pissed off about, and then burn/flush/dispose of the piece of paper.

I get the feeling everyday. Just, some days I have it more than others. I can't work out because I don't have anything to do it with. What I need, is a punching bag. That would help relieve soooo much stress. Yelling is usually what happens. And what comes out of my mouth, is probably best suited for W&C :D. Throwing anything probably isn't a good idea because 1) I play baseball 2) I would throw it at the couch, so it would most likely bounce off and hit me or a sibling.

I need something more physical to do to help drain the adrenaline away. I don't have anger issues, not even close, but somethings just erk the sh.......crap out of me.

That usually pisses me off more. For example, when the computer in Forza 4 cuts me off.
 
I used to beat the hell out of my couch pillows when I was younger and got angry like that. It worked pretty good, too and you don't have to worry about hitting anyone (unless there is someone on the couch). You don't necessarily have to have workout equipment either. You could just do a bunch of push-ups or sprint if you have a large enough yard to do so in.
 
You could try going into your woods where nobody will hear you and screaming your favorite expletive at the top of your lungs. That worked wonders for me as well.
 
I'm thinking of buying one of these.

Couch pillows are too soft. I need something with resistance......like my brother :p. I'll try push-ups next time.
