The pelican case....Im looking at them online now and I don't understand something, does the foam come with cut outs for the knives? and how many pieces does it take to fill case? what im looking at case looks full of foam and there are cut outs to place single knives in up and down

The foam comes pre-cut and you "pluck" out spaces big enough for the knife to fit in vertically, or however you want to fit them in there.

Do u need to buy the pick and pluck foam? see some come with no foam and others with different looking set ups

The website I bought mine from had the option of buying the case with or without the foam. The foam is extra. I can't remember what the website was though, or I'd send you a PM.
 
Hello everyone.

Haven't posted in awhile. Been pretty busy/obsessed in the shop for the past few days. I made a new friction folder from start to finish in two days. That's a record for me.

Nick, there's a few hotels. I believe the blade show site has a list of places if I remember right. I do know rooms fill up fast so the sooner the better. I plan on going this year if I can. I might see about sharing a room if I do. Only need somewhere to sleep and shower!
