I have to agree with Mario on this one. I remember you not even knowing for a bit if it was going to be covered? Did you have a momentary lapse?No problem? I remember it being a whole lot of horse crap from them and you having nothing but problems.
Sorry brother. My condolences.I hate to be the one to be "that guy", but I thought I'd give you guys an update. Today is the day that Maggie goes to the vet... for the very last time
I just said my final goodbyes to her, since i'm leaving for work in a few. Its gunna be a long night, but I have come to grips with the whole situation and its kind of given me a sense of closure.

Over in generalI always get a big LOL when people refer to Customer Service. I've never bought a knife I needed to return. If you are having to rely on their customer service, they are most definitely a knife I'll never ever buy. Aside from the aforementioned BIG CHUNKY knives do absolutely nothing for me.
