Order of KAI Official Hang Out; Part Deux - It's Enrico Palazzo!

Morning all.

I like the s10...for work it's handy, given the magnet on the back. It's funny, I love it for work but don't want to carry it outside of work...I'd rather carry my p2 when I'm not working...
Weird...

Any of you steel junkies need to go check out how well K390 did with a coarse edge on Jim's steel tests. It's insane.

good morning, i forgot i owned the 0200 this morning and flipped out for a milisecond when i saw it on my bed stand, love that feeling, so i asked this last night but anyway, what tool should i be using to adjust and disasemble my 0200s pivot bolt? because its at a tricky angle

Be very careful when you polish the washers. You dont want to make them uneaven or too thin or it will mess things up.

It'll work for awhile, but it'll dry up pretty quickly.

WD-40 isn't the best lube, it's technically not even a lube. WD-40 actually stands for "water displacement 40". I'd try rem oil. I used some at blade show and it works nicely. You can get it at Walmart too.

Ankerson here on BF. He has a thread up in the review forum on steels and how well they retain an edge. It's a good read if you're interested in that kind of stuff.

That is crazy. And K294 from my understanding is supposed to do even better!

Holy crap this thing is sharp. It's seriously my sharpest knife at the moment, all while also having the thickest stock of all my knives.

THANKS MARIO!!!!!

I get lost every time I check out that thread.
It's nice! I'm having to drive around with my parents constantly, but who cares? Plenty of cute gals around, money in my pocket, and I'm a stones throw from lake Michigan!
Told ya there's cute girls around :). Are you going to be anywhere around South Haven tomorrow? I'm going swimming.

I get my second paycheck (really my first substantial one) tomorrow. I can't wait! :cheerful:
