  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Order of KAI Official Hang Out; Part Deux - It's Enrico Palazzo!

Yes thats what it looks like its doing.....but just where its making contact. it doesnt bother me just wanted to see if its normal. ive even thought about putting very small strip of rubber or something were its making contacting to stop it but like i said its not big deal
Just where it's making contact? Weird. Mines doing it all over the blade stop. Maybe it's rotating around and I can't tell? I wonder why it's only on the right blade stop? Maybe because of the Ti? I don't know. If your's is on both, then I don't think it would be just the Ti causing it.

well i just had a 8 year old girl ask to see my 0200...(she called it that just by the clip and what was shown of the scales) im stunned, when i showed her (shes a friends sister whos house i was in, there family knows i carry knives and are ok with me having them in there house when im over) appearently her dad got her a chive when she was 7, and she has been facinated with knives, she rolled her eyes when i told her i wasnt going to hand her my knife... appearently she kept learning about knives when she got her knife, and now she knows more than her parents (they got her it for girl scouts, it was a lucky good buy) of course shes not on a level where i would really talk to her seriously about knives, i am interested to see what direction she goes when she can start buying her own knives

Yeah im looking at it now its on both sides of 0550 for sure on opposite side of ZT logo only so its kind of hidden

Its great to see and hear of young kids having interest in knives.....3 of my nephews who are all under 10 love them, each have 5 kershaws or more already and dont leave home without them. Its fun for me to talk to them about my collection and pass on little i know

Well... im a little upset. I've been talking to a guy on Instagram who works at knifecenter, and apparently they arent going to be getting 0600's in until FEBRUARY!!!! So im just going to have to find one to buy in the meantime. that sucks.. i shouldnt have passed on dave's when he had them. Silly me :/

That sucks. :barf:

That's awesome!

I agree...now if I could just find some of those kids haha.

ya, i just wish more adults were like some of the younger kids i know (im 15 so im not at the apex of dealing with full out jobs and knives{full out jobs meaning full time, not summer jobs) at a certain age they are wowed by a knife, some even intrigued beyond the whole, ooh, weapons are cool mindset and are more amazed by the elegancy or just the tool aspect, but than there are the adults all against "weapons" and find a huge difference between a pocket knife and there 8 inch kitchen knife

sorry for the rant, i just am constantly debated by my dad over this stuff, i just would like for him to say once to me that thats a really cool knife, he talks to me about physics and theology and all other stuff, but he draws the line when i try to talk metalurgy for knivs, its kind of rough with knives :0 i just ranted didnt i... agian sorry

or carried as such, my main defense is that "ive used my knife at least a thousand times in the last month, and after all those cuts, none inflicted harm, or bodily damage on another human being" but for some reason i can never list off the uses, i just dont really think, ooh i just cut cardboard...

anyway, this is the point where i get really tired and start to rant, so if I go way off topic or something, please tell me:o

Knives can be used as weapons and i do carry one myself to defend myself.....Ive been stapped twice tho in my younger and crazier days and have seen damage that can be done when someone wants to use one as weapon and no one else has one. Had a good friend who needed 126 stiches in thigh fron a knife in bar fight also how i got cut once ....same night. Thats why i carry one all the time for defense reasons

Nobody will know if you're carrying it for defense or for regular tool use....unless you tell them obviously.

No, the S10 doesn't have a low battery indicator. :( However the Zebralight SC52 has a battery check function. :)

Aww, oh well. It's still pretty freaking sweet. I bet once my rechargeable batteries arrive it'll be even more sweet. Now I just got to save for that Nitecore IFE1.
