Coffee when I get up. I use those coffee "tea bags" in boiled water. Lots of water during the day and when we're sitting around the camp fire, Vodka with some type of flavored bug juice in it made from water and a powdered mix we bring.
I wish I could do pics but I will try to describe it. Labrador tea is a low growing bush about knee high, and can be found in boggy low areas. It grows well in the boreal forest, but can be found in temperate forests.
The leaf is leathery, dark green on top and has a light yellow orange fuzz underside. The leaves go dormant but survive on the bush through the winter making it available year round.
Pick a handfull of leaves, grind them up with fingers and toss into boiling water. Set aside and let steep for a few minutes and enjoy.
This tea is very good for upset stomach or the flu.
I pretty much stick with water most of the time. I just got a camelbak, so hydrating just got alot more convenient. I do like to have along a bottle of gatorade though, it's nice to have a little bit of flavor in my drink sometimes.
In the winter, like most other people that posted so far, I like to make cocoa when I have a fire going.
I love water, and its my most common drink anywhere. I do not drink soda, as I despise carbonation. My second favorite drink is Gatorade's low calorie G2, not -because- its low calorie, just because its delicious. Any flavor is... except the strawberry one...
