Our "Front Porch" ....

Yeah man, I couldn't believe it! That stuff was crazy...I can't imagine how the next season will start out! Very stoked brother.

I gotta find some new shows. I have nothing to watch right now. Just finished up Walking Dead and the only other show I really watch is Sleepy Hollow. Definitely need to expand my horizon. :D

Lost, Prison Break, The Following, and Breaking Bad. The entire series of BB should be on that "webflicks" place. As with most others I've mentioned as well. Some of my favorite shows!

Done the whole lost thing... Watched all those already. Season 3 was tough, but it was a good series overall. Kept me coming back for sure.

Very true. It got weird a little here and there, but still intriguing to me. My wife, not so much. She quite on the last season and said she had no interest in finishing it. Ha!

But yes if you haven't watched BB, I HIGHLY recommend it. Very well written show IMO.

No Justified spoilers please boys! I'm on second episode of season 4, and trying various Bourbons at the same time:D The show doesn't air on Canadian FX channel, so had to get downloads from a buddy.

I like "Justified", but this last season has been my least favorite.

I agree, the whole Florida Crowe story didn't do it for me either and Amy Smart is nothing special, sorry Jim. But overall I have enjoyed Justified, the first three seasons were solid.

As others noted, Breaking Bad was great (one of my favorite shows ever) and I also love Walking Dead (albeit it is frustrating but I enjoy the drama). Game of Thrones has started, it is pretty good. Banshee wrapped up season #2, it has been good. Sons of Anarchy is OK, the early seasons were better but they jumped the shark approximately last season. Walking Dead and zombies are closer to reality and more probable than the story lines in Sons of Anarchy, Kurt Sutter is pretty over the top.

Anyone watch Vikings? Any good? I like checking out the knives in Walking Dead. Still waiting for someone to whip out a Fieldtac and stick it in a zombie's face :D

Haven't heard of Vikings. What channel is it on?

Speaking of knives, in the trailer for Fargo BB Thorton's character pulls out a karambit in a diner to cut his steak after the provided knife didn't "cut it".

I'm interested in the Fargo series coming up. That should fill the void a bit. Good cast.

VERY excited about this one coming next week. I loved the movie Fargo, and hope that this new series will be exciting as well. The previews of it look to be interesting, so we'll see. Still interested anyway though!

With several afore mentioned favorite shows either over or on hiatus, I have resorted to an old hobby - Reading
Albeit at a longer arms reach than I remember. I also watch a show called "American Horror Story" (I think it's called that) for a little "light' viewing entertainment.
On a side note; Alive and well (Thanks for the PM's asking) have been watching more than posting. Have had my hands full with some tradgedy(s) impacting a little too close to home these days.
For those of you who are Parents.... watch watch, talk talk and repeat. These are very dandgerous times we live in and "Our" children are facing and aware of things we can't even imagine considering our frame of reference is our memories of that age.
Our experiences are similar in some ways but very very different in critical ways.
We are in the midst of several epidemic trends today and our kids (regrettably) are at ground zero.
New and more dangerous drugs, speed and availablity of "information" that most of us were not aware or exposed to until we were in our 20's and older, Suicide, cyber-bullying..... and the list goes on.
Be aware of who friends are, aware of the parents and the climate in the homes frequented, changes in behavior which could be increased or decreased interest in new or old activities, music and so on.
Anyway.... wanted to share my concern and repeat the offer to help privately or here if I can ever help.
The last 15 or so years have been the longest 50 years of my life but with them has come increased wisdom and experience if I can be so bold. Maybe not as wise as I would wish but....
