Glad to see this was resolved & that no one got hurt from the break. Things can & do happen & it is EXACTLY what you said. It is how the company handles such issues that make or break future business & repeat customers. I fell the company went wayyy above & wayyy beyond. Good for them. I am sure he made more customers just from the way he handled this.

I wanted to elaborate on my post on the previous page and use this quote for reference as well. Not to bash the guy but although I am really glad that he went over the top attempting to make it right and felt real bad that his product failed, I got the distinct feeling that you will still end up with inferior products from him. Even if they are cheap and you end up with a whole lot of them, inferior products that cannot be depended upon when you need them are not worth carrying at any price. I would say that this type of review would not draw him any of my business regardless of his warranty. I prefer a product with a warranty that you don't think you will need to use as opposed to one you know is likely.
