ok! have fun!

Likewise, I'm sure.

There's an old saying... "If you want to get something done, give the task to a busy person".

I live in Houston on the weekends, work a busy job as an engineer 4.5 days per week in Port Arthur TX which is 110 miles away, and yet, I'll make time to get this education, Anand. It's here for the taking. Not what I expected, but I'll make the time.

haha.

the only hard evidence on this thread is that PP lied about sending the refund. everything else that was posted points to that PP did in fact send out a knife and that it was probably stolen. BS meters and assumptions are NOT evidence. the more this thread goes on, the more both parties look like fools. lol.

Pachass,
Have you filed an insurance claim yet with USPS?
If not, why not, since if the knife was not delivered you are entitled to be reimbursed by USPS insurance at which point all your excuses for not refunding the $260 will have been used up.

You have the postal receipt and R Angerer will most certainly confirm that nothing was delivered. Looks like a slam dunk insurance claim to me.

xtonesterx:

We don't have all of the evidence.

Supposedly there is a mystery third knife that was offered to a BFC member after Rob's knife came up missing. The mystery third knife was not mentioned in the original sales thread and PP refuses to show where it was listed. He also claims to have given this third knife to a friend now after the mystery buyer never contacted him after it was returned from said buyer.

anyone want to see pictures of my fucked up car? i still havent replaced the rear bumper where i got hit!

No. Ah, well... why not.

want me to post a video of me and my friend singing a streisand duet with the military as a microphone?

Yeah, I'd like to see proof that you ever had the knife. You know, the one with the lemons in the photo.

want me to post a copy of my bill at the chiropractor for my fucked up back?

No.

i will address it in public because i have no issue to hide

the package was shipped with 1/2 spyderco militaries in my possession in s90v with carbon fiber. The knife was NIB just like the other one which was sent to p40_warhawk and was received as it should be.

This is the weird part to me first he had 2 now he has 3. Strange thread....strange days

i did not tell LouZava that it was Mr. Angerers knife. I had 3 of them, one of them went to p40, one was supposed to go to rob - the one in contention

no, the post in which i said there are "1/2" was because it was in reference to another question in regards to how many were sent the same day, and whether i could post the receipt of the other one sent that day.

I SHIPPED 2 OF THEM ON THE SAME DAY. HENCE 1/2 WAS SENT TO P40 WARHAWK THE OTHER TO ROB_ANGERER. BUT if you had taken the time to read the entire thread, you would have known that.

because they require the packaging, which rob angerer has in his possession. I sent him a scan of the shipping receipt as well, so he had, and still has, both pieces of information which are absolutely necessary to file the claim

Interesting. I wouldn't have known that both pieces of information were required to file a claim, but you apparently have that knowledge/experience. Glad I have both. Thanks.

No.

what exactly is it you want me to do? want me to send you more pictures of it - i took a few more in almost the same config, and then i messed up a few macro shots while i was trying to get a good one, and i still have all of them. Want me to take a regular picture of my phone and e1b backup behind more limes?

i got a whole fuckin tree in my backyard, so if you want to see limes and a flashlight on the SAME table i took it on earlier, i'll be happy to oblige! you think you're going to be able to call BULLSHIT on me, but im going to glady fulfill your requests inane requests just to show i have NOTHING to hide.

you think anyone is going to lie about getting hit by a drunk driver just to sell a knife...one that sells fast no matter what? not really.

oh, you dont have to ask him, i'll gladly post what i sent him in public, because its nothing i have to hide :

you've had people straight up accuse me and threaten me with jail time and fraud of all kinds

and you're telling me I'M the one whos digging a hole for myself?

wow dude way to go with the hive mind

thats the first message i sent, followed up with a second one. If Esav wants to post the second one, he can, i really dont care

I seriously doubt that a moderator would have "people straight up accuse" you. I think people, including myself, find your actions at the very least suspicious. The more you try to overcompensate (not financially, obviously) and defend yourself with inconsistent explanations and unprofessional language and tone, the more you are digging a hole for yourself. The moderator has nothing to do with this transaction.

Saying that you are willing to refund fully, putting a time limit on that, and then rescinding doesn't in any way show performance on your part or restitutio in integrum (restoration to original condition before contract). You are getting too caught up with things surrounding the transaction instead of the transaction itself, which wasn't made right. Your resistance to do what you were contractually bound to do got you in this mess.

This is the weird part to me first he had 2 now he has 3. Strange thread....strange days

Seems weird to me too. His sale thread before he edited it said that he needed money fast to repair drunk driver damages to his car. But for some reason he only listed 2 of his 3 s90v militaries here? And the other was on a mystery site.

next thing i know, if they have camera feed at the post office you'll say "oh but how do i know its not just some other "middle eastern" (as you so appropriately stereotyped me for no reason) guy sending out your package

I fail to see how ethnicity is relevant. Many if not most of your actions up to this point are suspicious regardless of ethnicity or any other criteria you can apply on a person.

its not relevant, but the OP felt it was necessary to stereotype PP because of his name.

PP, people lie for a whole lot of reasons. Some people lie just to tell lies.

It appears you lied to the Buyer, why........who knows.

But there is no evidence to conclude it was to pocket his money and even less evidence to file a bogus Insurance claim.

I still think the smart way to handle this is to send a USPS MO via certified mail because that's the right thing to do................

I don't agree with the OP's application of stereotypes, but I see no need to throw it back into the thread as it doesn't change what has or hasn't occurred with the transaction. That's all that I'm saying.

FMAKnut, Defending myself with great level of detail of as whats going on, on my end, seems to be 'overcompensating'. You must be a real pushover in life if you dont take the time to stop and defend yourself when someone is taking a shit on your name as a seller of something you truly enjoy. Inconsistent explanation? Please, give me an example of what is inconsistent. I've posted up all the relevant receipts and acknowledged my mistake.

yet somehow defending myself from being called "insurance fraud boy" or having members who have no fucking idea what is going on say "oh well it must be hard to contemplate being prosecuted for a federal crime" with NO KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER ON WHAT IS GOING ON isnt considered an accusation?

somehow i really doubt you, FMAKnut, would happily withdraw 260.00 out of your account after having your offer denied earlier in public. Maybe you have a money tree outside your house, but i sure as shit do not. I pulled together the entire sum after my buyer told me he wouldnt take any less than a full 260.00 refund in one payment, not the 190.00 and then 70.00 once i got my package. Like i said, I agreed to that, ponied up the 260.00 and i got a sarcastic ass response via email correspondence from my buyer. You seem to be very generous with others peoples money.:thumbdn:

The whole race/creed/color thing is a red herring. Here's how it went in our private emails. Between Nov 3 and Nov 9, Moses changed his gmail email ID from "Anand Moses" to "Andy the Kid". Here are excerpts from the emails in question:

Rob to Anand, Nov 9:
"Which is it... Andy the Kid, Anand Moses, ... which is it?"

Rob to Anand, Nov 9:
"Why did you change your email handle?
What other usernames have you used on BF other than PachaasPaisaa ?
I only saw ONE feedback item on BF, and that should've been my warning.

Your credibility will be shot on BF when this is done. You have feedback in GB&U, and another guy put me on to a negative thread almost immediately.

Yer gonna need to dance around w/ various usernames to get any trades or sales done on BF going forward. I'll keep an eye out for you...

Anand to Rob, Nov 9:
I've only used one handle on bladeforums and that is PachaasPaisaa. and i dont follow what you mean by "email handle"

Rob to Anand, Nov 9:
Your email ID was Anand Moses, and now it's Andy The Kid. amoses007@gmail.com

Anand to Rob, Nov 9:
Oh yea, that - didnt understand
just wanted to change it up, no specific reason - if it makes you feel better, i can change it back :)

Rob to Anand, Nov 9:
... a mid-dollar production knife, and a bad transaction, and a bald faced lie to top it off. Congratulations, Andy/Anand. I mean really... from a middle eastern name Anand Moses (?) to Andy? Weird at best. Bask in the comfort of the truth.

No, keep it. It's pretty telling. Like changing your skin, your identity. It smells funny.

You will find life is much easier when you are a straight shooter. And by that I mean honest and forthright. It's a tough lesson for a young guy, but lying is a tough business model.

Anand to Rob, Nov 9:
Good job dude, now you're going to bring race into this?

too bad you are so incredibly ignorant that you just make the assumption that "Anand Moses" would be a middle eastern name. Very good. Too bad Moses was a Jew, and like him, I am of Jewish Heritage. Now are you going to make a holocaust joke?

Rob to Anand, Nov 9:
Adnand, make no mistake, I don't give a shit was your race is, Adnand/Andy Moses, or whatever your aka happens to be. I know two things for sure:

1. You changed your email label for some reason.
2. You lied to me.

You've used up my patience quota with your meaningless emails. You have no honor.

What I didn't realize at this stage was that Anand Moses had closed his Paypal account also. Like a snake, attempting to shed his skin...

:

Here's an example: 2 vs 3 knives in possession? Some of your communications say 2 some say 3. That's no surprise, it's been brought up a few times by other members.

I understand your strong feelings on the matter as you feel you did not perform fraud, but you fail to realize that your hesitation in making things right immediately could've prevented this whole mess which has been brought up several times by myself and others.

NO SHIT sometimes i say two and sometimes i say three

its been brought up before, i know ive explained it, so why dont you read the thread all the way through before you start trying to call bullshit on me ESPECIALLY when i have addressed this matter not more than 2 pages ago on this thread.

when someone asks me about the TWO i shipped on the SAME day then what would i refer to? I would refer to "1/2 spyderco military knives shipped on the same day - one shipped to rob angerer the other shipped to p40warhawk"

then there is one that was supposed to be sold to louzava after being returned to sender (me). do you guys really think that every single person who has an interest in knives is on this message board, or any message board for that matter? I received an email from someone asking to buy it. I have no idea whether they saw my email address here, or or jerzeedevil or whatever....and the transaction was taken care of over MY PERSONAL EMAIL. I WILL NOT post those emails because first off, it is none of anyone's business here what happened with that, because it is not in contention. My buyer did not take the knife, I did not take his money end of story. If i had taken HIS money too, and he was on these message boards or others im sure they would have started a shitstorm equivalent to this one.

FYI - The sale to LouZava for the third carbon fiber military never occurred because he wanted me to send him the knife, and he would send his sebenza when he got my military. I'm not going to send anyone anything and just hope that they send me my money or knife, because i'm not an idealist and I dont give a shit how much feedback they have. That is not how i conduct business. That is life, no hard feelings to LouZava at all, its his knife and his money and he is entitled to make whatever requests he wants, but i am not bound to honor them and proceed with the sale unless i am a satisfied party with the sale as well...thats common sense to anyone on the marketplace.
