PachaasPaisaa=Liar at best (banned), Anand Moses amose001@ucr.edu,amoses007@gmail.com

Regardless of how someone may or may not have treated you, I think showing a cool head is professional and goes a long way in building or maintaining a reputation. Not judging, just basing that on my experience from getting hot headed frequently.

Going on the basis of your own words in this thread, including an admission of lying, including an exceedingly imperfect knowledge of of proper procedure, I see no reason to trust you.

I will write to Rob myself to point him to your last post offering to del with the insurance and refund his money.

so thats why i called him today to see what the status was?

once again, do you know anything about the transaction other than what i stated in my response? No.

then how can you pass judgment on that?

You are only as good as your word.........................

i'm sorry, but were you involved in this transaction in any way?

if not, please dont comment because you have very little idea what is actually going on.

if you read my response you will see that i addressed the issue of the money order I told him i would send.

Yeah, you sure did address it. You admitted to lying, and say you don't need to refund because you insured the package. We already knew the former, and the latter just shows how much you know about your role as a seller.

Oh, and I'll comment on any GB&U thread I choose. Just because you're on the foul side of this one doesn't change that. It's not your first negative thread in this forum, and you sure do seem to have a lot of problems shipping knives. Guess who I won't be doing any business with? ;)

Interesting update got posted in the actual sale thread.

Im also wanting a MilitaryS90V and when I contacted him 2 weeks ago he said they were all gone. But then he gets back at me and tells me he has one for me. I ask for pics and they are the same pics of the Milli next to some lemons. That was fishy to me since those pics of that knife I asked him two weeks ago were sold and gone!! This guy is trying to do a trade + cash on his end with me over on the JD forums.
Rob, he is telling me that the post office did several attempts to deliver it to you, but nobody lived at that address, so they sent it back to him. That's why he still has one for sale. This all sounds fishy to me, and I'm glad I didn't send him my Sebenza as a trade! The only way I would trade with him is face to face or if he sends me the money and knife first, after those are in my possession, then I will send him my Lrg Sebenza! Is that fair, with someone with a bad rep all over the place?

How about that?

sorry EMT_Lee but do you have some special relationship with the buyer, or any stake in this transaction?

no, you do not

so keep your nose out of other peoples business!

and trust me bro, im not hurting for your business in any way.

You're still avoiding the issues here, bro. ;)

Oh, and I don't need anymore odd, vulgar PM's from you either.

this thread is in the open for all to see and comment on.

you don't have to like it, but you do have to accept it.

Pac-
This thread will continue to just keep on going if you let people get to you. Just let it go, make good with the buyer, and move on with life.

Amen. That's what these threads are all about.
Stuff happens. Clean it up, shake hands, move on.

So you sent a $600 knife through the USPS without Insurance?

No wonder you have sale/trade/buying issues here on BFC.

dude how does this possibly matter to you, it was my mistake and i paid for it by sending by buyer a brand new one within 24 hours!!

did i do anything wrong? NO.

What you don't seem to understand, Pachaas Paisaa, is that this whole thing matters to all of us. I haven't posted in this thread before but I have read the thread and you are definitely in the wrong here. No question about it according to virtually everyone that has posted in this thread except you. You would be well advised to pipe down and make this right as soon as possible because, until you do, this thread will live on.

AS YOU CAN SEE ABOVE IVE TRIED TO MAKE A DEAL WITH THE BUYER

however, this time i said "let me send you 190.00 first, you wait til you get it, cash the money order and send me my packaging - then i'll send you the remainder"

even people who read that said it was fair - and i'm still willing to do this, but my buyer is insisting that i "beg/borrow/steal" the rest which i am not going to do, because thats total bullshit.

what happens if i send the whole 260.00 and then he decides to say 'fk it' and never sends me my packaging to file an insurance claim..then im out 260.00 AND a knife"

I have tried to make a fair deal (fair to even members who have read this) and i am not receiving any concession or agreement.

Dude chill...on the flip side the buyer did provide trust by sending you the payment in the first place...you could return the favor by showing some trust back...either way this is a public thread...if the packaging is something he needs to send back to you and is agreed upon, his lack of performance on this will be on him...something you can easily post that sellers would see...double edged knives cut both ways

Based upon his feedback, I'd say you have zero to worry about getting your packaging back from Mr. Angerer. 39 positives 100%. Though a few may have different opinions, I'd say the consensus here is that since you were the seller it is your responsibility to #1 Make this right with the buyer and #2 File the insurance claim with the USPS. If I were you I would take Angerer at his word that he will get you the packaging, refund his money in total, and put this to rest. The sooner you can put an end to this thread the less damage you will do to yourself. JMHO.

All of this disregards the fact that another guy is claiming you are trying to sell/trade him the knife that was supposedly "lost" in the mail. Is that guy lying?
