Pretty sure that's the goal. I'm not sure not everyone will be into it, heck, I'm not sure I will even get one, but there have been a ton of people begging for this for awhile and they will likely sell like hotcakes. When some sprint runs are released, the feeding frenzy will really begin.

Sometimes shrinking down a model makes it look poorly proportioned. I'm not saying that's the case here. Look at the Dice compared to the Domino. To me, the Dice looks too stubby. The Lil Lum is another that comes to mind.

I guess you're saying there will be some cannibalization because those models have similarities? Yeah, that may be the case but I imagine that both will sell well.

Knifecenter said they were going to make a Sprint run, so i suspect other's will also. ill wait for a sprint run for the PM3. going to be pretty cool. i hope it will be easier to carry in the pocket, as my PM2 takes up alot of room. if not, ehh, its still a worthy work blade.

I got the same email. I called them about a week prior to the email and requested they call me when they are ready ship because I might not be home. Looks like I'll be home though if it's January.

The first 200 or so of a knife model get sent first to the Spyderco Collectors Club. If you have ever seen a numbered Spydie, it was a Collectors Club knife.
If the Collectors Club members are getting shipping notifications, regular sales should be imminent.
