The blue was a special case- it was priced much higher to start with so didn't sell out as fast. The blue ones were available for a long time to order just like you would order any other knife. OTOH the orange sprints sold out well before they were shipped and so did the green ones, which still haven't shipped. I was going to say I don't recall that the orange ones were every in stock where you could just order one but I seem to remember a few of the recent sprints did have the occasional few knives available after the orders were filled and a few lucky people got to call in and order one. I seem to remember that some of the militaries were available this way but I don't recall for sure if any orange ones were available this way.
My understanding is that more of the blue PM2's will be available much later this year.
