Pay It Forward -- it's been a while

I have a traditional blade to offer up. A vintage Kabar 1607 folding hunter, similar to the Buck 110. 5" closed, 4" clip point blade. Made between 1982 & 1984. Stamped Cleveland, OH on the front and Hong Kong on the back. This is currently my only knife of any value in my small collection. It's like new still as I purchased it as a teen in the 90's, put it in a cheap horizontal sheath, then never used it. It's a tough knife. I don't use it so I hope it finds a loving home. It could use a decent sharpening. Photo bucket is down so I can post pics later if anybody is interested.

Jupiter I'll trade a sheath for your knife. I can't message you but you can text 509-280-2411

I have a few more, but here's a couple I can go ahead and list to let yall mull over.

I have:
A kershaw blur, tanto plain edge in BDZ1 steel. Carried deassisted, not sharpened and still sharp from factory.

I have an older camillus electricians knife, which I have "restored" given that it had been used until dull and discarded by its previous owner.

I have a Schatt and Morgan swell center moose in ebony. One of 100. It is a wonderful knife with a hard pull on both blades, but the edge was wonky from the factory. I've been trying to correct it by hand but it may not be perfect when I send it out. I Love this knife, bit because of its edge issue I find myself neglecting it.

Please note it will be 4 or 5 days before I can get it out. I will post pictures friday night. Thank you, may have more to come!

Schatz and Morgan is interesting.

I have it in a nylon sheath at the moment. If you want the knife then I wouldn't need a sheath. Shoot me your address to my email and I can get it out soon.

Just got the first one boxed up and saw another one looking for a new home.

1st Generation ZT 0550 in S35VN. It's been carried and sharpened (Edge is re-profiled) Does NOT have the lockbar insert. Has the smallest amount of lockrock under heavy wiggling pressure which I believe was an issue with the 1st Gens. I was waiting to send it to ZT to fix it but never got around to it. I don't believe I have the box/papers for it.. The lock rock is very small at this point but I would ASSUME ZT would fix it for free under warranty..

Rulez: Users only, no collectors, would like to put this in the hands of someone who couldn't get one otherwise. 50 post minimum and the majority can't be in the Exchange forums.

May I give the 550 a shot? I feel a little guilty asking since I was really not planning on claiming anything this time around, but the temptation is too much. I've been drooling over the Hinderer design ZT's for a while now.

I'd gladly give my dibs up to someone that pops up a bit newer to the scene needing a good folder to beat on though.

All yours Jerry, shoot me your addy and I'll get it in the mail yet today.

Rats! Twelve minutes to late. Jerry, if you decide against the ZT 550 I will be happy to take it.

Completely up to Jerry, with no pressure, as he was first. No worries either way for me.

Tell you what, you take it. Try it for a while. If you decide that is not for you, then I will take it. How's that? After all, you were first.
