Now im even more confused. Im seeing bad practices on both sides, especially if this spam calling harassment is true. I wouldnt want to deal with either party. Weird how L les warren expected a tracking number immediately, when he himself didnt send one. It also seems like PhillyJeff PhillyJeff sent you a message saying he'll be out of town, but I cant find it anywhere in the copy paste? That would explain the delay in him checking it over.
 
just pulled tracking number from when delivered to pj. it was 7/21/22 not 7/18/22.
so 7 days not 10.
still the deal was 4 day inspection. which should have had my property returning to me the 25th or 26th.
the terms were clear and pj agreed.

after he had not produced a tracking # as promised and with his aggressive intimidating and threatening posts, i figured i should post here

i didnt want to be the "why didnt you say something sooner" guy

You aren’t slapping anyone with a libel lawsuit. Look at yourself, trying to intimidate people on a knife forum threatening lawsuits and flexing your job title. Fix yourself.

i am only asking for him to do what he said he would 4 days ago
i am not setting the timeframe , he is saying, " I'll ship tomorrow" but doesn't

After reading @PhillyJeff’s writing skills, I sincerely doubt his being an attorney. Maybe his alleged time as an LEO was enough for him to know the lingo (like the difference between slander and libel), but his “scary” lawsuit would have to show a knowledge of falsity and malicious intent on the OP’s part. When he’s literally confirmed that he’s in possession of the OP’s property and not returning it he can’t allege either. Good luck, counselor. You better hope to god you get the right judge who doesn’t throw you out on your ass. Lol

He doesn’t have a case, especially after his antics with delaying shipping and saying he was going to route it through 16 countries on the way just to frustrate the OP… and also making it clear the point of his lawsuit isn’t to seek compensation for a wrong but merely to tie the OP up in legal fees for years. Any judge will immediately recognize he’s attempting to abuse the system to be vindictive.

Given his first post here was a complete and total meltdown, I’m thinking he’s the type that just goes “reeeee screw everyone I ain’t shippin’ it!” But I hope for OP’s sake he was able to cool off and does the right thing.

I am surprised that it took so long for someone to finally speak this out. Maybe the lawyer title scared some/most people on this subforum?

LMAO a man of his word. Agreed to a deal, received the item from the other party, and then began to try to change the deal term while NOT shipping his item out? This Jeff dude should be banned IMO (from both BladeForums and the bar association).
