Pictures here! Photo Thread!

I was out walking with these today. There were so many nice little birds playing: chickadees, woodpeckers, and this little guy. He was the only one who would stay still for me but it was a bit far for the zoom.

That caught me off guard to see all the beauties at once, very nice!

What is the hawkbill model on the top left that has the sharpened portion curved as well?
Thank you and Thanks for the compliments from other posters!

I only know it’s a Hawkbill. I don’t think it has a pattern name but because it’s small I refer to it as a Talon. It gets carried the most; in front pocket with an Ulticlip 3”. I’m surprised how useful it is for different task.

That is a great collection.

The 2 on the bottom left are what I currently carry. Riverhawk and polecat. The only issue I've had was cutting through homemade jalapeno cheddar bread (blade was to short for clean single pass but man it thin slices tomatoes nicely). Riverhawk for work, polecat for clean work.

I don't know what that means. It was just an experimental neck knife I made in LC200N for myself. I carried it for a while, and eventually felt ready to try something new, so I reground it and cleaned it up, reworked the ergos on the handle and made a new sheath, and sent it to my friend who was kind enough to adopt it after its make over. But I liked it enough that when Jason asked about a run of small EDC hawkbills, it seemed like a good platform for the design.

The joke he was making was that just like how a river’s path was carved by a glacier, the river hawk’s origin was this knife. Thus Glacier hawk. Its a pretty nice name actually. 🙂

Had this one out on another rainy day. I was glad to get a break to take some pictures.

It often pairs up with a Dragonfly but I changed it up today. As you might be able to see, this inexpensive Ruike in 14C28N did its job in taking the tape residue hit from earlier in the afternoon. 😜
