Here we see the Chooper in its natural habitat. It was used to process a good bit of two cows this weekend. I wasn't there but I hear it did great. I should have it back tomorrow and will see how the edge it holding up (should be dull no doubt). I imagine that it should have the first application of a nice patina on it.

Just remember: There is no such thing as a steak that is too big. It's just that the grilles are too small!

I received my David Mary Zoomerang from Empire Outfitters the other day, and finally got around to taking pics of it. I included it next to my G-carta trout Midirang and a Murray Carter San Mai neck knife for size comparisons.
