Looks delicious! That K-Slick is really nice, but the wife said absolutely no more kitchen knives. 🫤. Maybe I’ll make a couple disappear and replace with one of these? Seems like the responsible response, right?
 
Thank you, sir. Both knives have a groove milled along the handle axis into the scale on each side of the handle. The Boomerang has blue & black SureTouch scales and the Teeny Chef has natural canvas micarta scales with darker shade micarta pins.

Hah! I thought that was just the color of the micarta grain.

For my taste, David's plain style handles accentuate the beauty of the designs more.
 
I'm a little disappointed. Ordered a knife but got a gen 1 light saber instead:
