Teeny Chef in AEB-L was on the duty roster at Fire Dept fundraiser beef dinner. It's proving to be a very handy size: big enough to handle 95% of my cutting chores, but small enough that I can forget it's clipped to my belt.

Just got done processing meat for next week with this David Mary custom.
Now 100 strokes on the sharp maker, a coat of oil and good for next week.
This "baby" stays razor sharp.
