You posted at 2:51 AM. Those of us on a normal schedule (and using a 12 hour clock) only see 2:51PM, usually. It's an old joke and I like to keep them alive.

Ah got it. Actually, I would have gotten it if I had noticed the word "one" but I seem to have skipped it over, and read it as "I thought there was only 2:51".... maybe if I had gotten enough sleep I would have gotten it upon first reading

Both the jalopeño and carrot slices are very spicy pickled. Brisket in the sandwich is fall apart tender.

Mr Bits, What/where is 4Rivers? I'll assume BBQ is involved, yes? Do I need to put together a road trip to join you for smoked carne & bladeware tales of DMC derring do?

4Rivers is indeed BBQ! Pulled pork and brisket.
