Here is my latest knife from David. This is his take on a Canadian Belt Knife. However is you look closely you will see the influence of the CBK but also a real close resemblance to the Grohmann #4 Survival Knive but on a little smaller scale. This one is in 8670 steel with SureTouch scales with some contouring that I absolutely love.

Like I smaller knives I always start them in the kitchen and this knife performs wonderfully. I used it to dice up some jalapeños, slice up some garlic and shallots to stuff in a turkey breast for my dinner. I sliced up a cheap tougher than old shoe leather steak for my two malamutes with no problems.

As always David surprises me a little more with each knife he makes for me. On top of that I enjoy working with him and just talking with him.
