Received my first ever CPK in a trade. Behold my new to me DEK1, pictured with a river stone found, flattened and then gifted to me by scdub , and which brought the edge back to hair popping with only a few passes.




Such a sweet knife! Mad respect to Nathan the Machinist and Lorien for this amazing design and execution.

It’s kind of surprising how well a found rock can sharpen steel isn’t it? I still can’t believe how well they work sometimes and I’ve been doing it for years now…
