 Nice shots Bob! I like the use of the paint tarp.

Insulting my beach towel like that?:D

Lotsa great days at Venice Beach in the 80's all weekends, smoking anything as is painfully obvious from it's less than immaculate condition.

Although, it did have a previous life in the late 40's and 50's in a New York studio (am not THAT old).

I am! Nice paint tarp....umm, beach towel. An even nicer collection of CPK's. Can I just hold that CPK Dagger before I die of old age? I promise I'll send it back.[emoji854]

Actually, it probably started life about when I did, but I'm younger because I remember very little of the 80's and consequently don't count that decade.

That paint tarp should actually be curated in a museum.

I bet that paint tarp could be worth more than anyone of us wants to believe. Bob doesn't mess around with stuff like that.

Bob, that the full current collection of CPK? Ah, that dagger... The balance in hand must be amazing.

HaHa! That's a beach towel! Very artistic:rolleyes: But seriously, that brings back some great memories for me of SoCal. I was stationed at MCAS El Toro from 80 thru 85. Good times!;)

Lorien, that paint tarp was used underneath and around quite a few very large artworks done in and around 1950. You're close, but no brass ring quite yet. The clue is everywhere.

The painter that painted the interior of his house left it behind. Oddly enough, his last name was Warhol. Bingo!

I missed this comment earlier, Ivan. I will eventually get around to imaging the fighters, where some current ones reside. But still missing the skinner, one of which will eventually find it's way here.

Bob

Note the title of the post: Gathering of Some Non-Fighters

I will eventually get to them all.

Bob
Sorry that was overlooked. Post titles don't display on Tapatalk.

But the dagger is a fighter, is it not? Too proud to keep it away, I know.

That's why I added reference to it in the title, frankly as an afterthought, thinking I might avoid that question from a quick thinker:D And (I hate to admit things twice, LOL), your second premise is dead center on target. How does one ever not include the dagger in any large gatherin

He shoots, and scores twice. Ivan 2...Bob 0

Sometimes I get lucky and guess right. 😉

But I do think I'd be the same with a dagger; "Here is a pic of the awesome EDC that just came in the mail today. Oh, by the way, have you seen this dagger? It's alright too."

Lol
