What do you guys prefer? Gas or charcoal?
Looks Delicious knoefz! Gas for convenience and the taste is good too :thumbsup: but I still like charcoal and even wood coals every so often :). BBQ, Grilling, Smoking, its all good :thumbsup: Outdoor Cooking is a Win anyway it's done :thumbsup::thumbsup: I haven't got into the Electric Grilling or Smokers but they sure seem to do an excellent job and they might even be more covenant :D
 
Local brats from Northwest Sausage and Deli. Beer boiled with Dick’s Pale Ale, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, with yellow and dijon mustard.
Poured out the remaining liquid and sautéed the onions and garlic to top ‘em off along with some Guldens Spicy Brown. I can only hope the WI. Beckerheads would approve.
