I wish I could remember to take pics everytime I cook...there’s been a few epic meals I’ve missed.
I like to splurge once a month and do a really good steak and seafood meal. It’s always way less than what I’d pay at a restaraunt, and usually tastes better too.
Fall is here though...
I need to make a shelter for the Traeger so I can grill all year. Moving it into the garage seems like a crime.

Nice Jonny. Ive found glazing them with BBQ sauce like that keeps them from drying out.Boneless, skinless BBQ chicken thighs.

Built a little shack for my Traeger so I can use it all year.
Made it out of odds and ends I had in my garage and got the tin roofing from my brother in law who didn’t need it anymore. It should get the job done.

Very nice man. I think I'll end up building a kitchen shack at the cabin. Be nice to have a place to go in and cook when it's cold outside, haha.
