Debating if i should leave it stripped or try to polish it out more and put a patina on it

how did you put the patina on it?

I don't know what equipment you've got access to but I used milling bits for my texturing; specifically a ball end mill (1/2") in HSS chucked up in my drill press. It makes nice clean cuts with no sanding required in G10.

I only used my "rotary tool" (don't own a Dremel but same shite different pile) with a course grit sanding drum for shaping the outside of the scales to make them flush with the liners. I hand sanded the perimeter of the TUFF & Gayle Bradley scales to make sure it felt good in hand but that's it for sanding.:)

Thanks. I figured most people used a dremel (or other rotary) to do their texturing/contouring.

Of course! What's your IG name?

Same as this, bpeezer. I don't really post anything, not yet at least. I just found you on there, and I must say I'll probably spend a lot of time just staring at your awesome work :D

Heat anodized the speedsafe plate on my Kershaw Shallot

Gave my Kershaw Skyline a heavy stone wash

Just got these today. I also ordered some low rider pocket clips and will post some new pictures once received and installed. Love that red.

Great knife made much better. The feel and handling much improved on standard grips, like a new knife all together. Worth every penny.

Just got these back today from Phillip Dobson.

I polished the flats on this Needs Work a while back, and he made some amazing white G10 scales for it, while keeping the Speedsafe operational :)

PPT with English Walnut scales. Seems lighter than before.

I re-shaped the blade and handle of this Kershaw Rake, and Phillip Dobson did a swedged high hollow regrind. Scary sharp.
