Thanks, SPX! I really dig the blue finish on the Blur, it's got a metallic tinge to it that picks up light easily, but it's very subtle.

Here's a variation- you can see how dark the blue gets when there's no real light source shining on it:

I understand completely. With a low number released, it's going to be a classic some day. Whenever I find one I really like, and it's a low production run, I always try to get another (or 2, or 4, or 6 :D). One for the EDC case, and one to put away. Sometimes I'll initially skip a new model if I know it's going to be a regular production run, and come back and pick it up later.

I actually have given away 5 of the production Rams because I love to hear how they work for people, but I try to keep one since I won't do much heavy duty on the custom.

you may not believe this but it actually came to me at a small local gun show here in Portland this weekend. The show before I couldn't find a Kershaw to buy. This time "some guy" showed up from out of town with an estate that included Onions, Ouye, Bogis... if only money were not an issue... man.

I have this thing about knives that cross my path rather than when I seek them out from a dealer... i just figure that since it came to me, I better get it.

Can I have that TOAD?????
 
This TOAD was sitting in Customs For Sale By Individuals for a looong time before I snatched it. I don't usually visit customs subforum, as my collection is 99% production, but TOAD... that one I had to get. And MUDD just arrived today, took a chance on the bay with a 2 feedback seller ;)
 
RxEnergy - Love the photos! I like the all the Hawks stuff also but will be unable to afford near the collection you have. I have the D.O.G. and use it as my EDC about 50% of the time, the remaining time it's a Kershaw. Love the RAM also, but it is not as handy as I'm left handed, so the DOG gets more time though it pretty big for EDC at times, it carries nicely.

Great collection you have, I'll admit I'm envious! :D
