Perhaps some of the plants described on the DVDs have medicinal properties that will help you feel better!

For example, I've read that a strong tea made from the leaves, bark, or sap of birches is a good remedy for the flu. I've never tried it myself . . .

Drinking water, green tea, and eating vitamins like it's my job right now. Feeling better.


Serves me right. I was just bragging how I haven't been REALLY sick for years. Should have kept my mouth shut I guess.

They were about 10 hours of projectile vomiting. I couldn't keep anything down.

Coupled with a nice fever (it broke last night) and body aches. I'm on the downslide. My body just needs fluids, some decent food, and rest I think.
