That is the first thing I noticed when I saw the link

Ummmmh, the first thing I noticed was the title of the auction which contains Tom Brown and Tops. This is neither a Tom Brown nor a Tops. False advertisement, end of story. No buyer is required (legally or ethically) to complete a deal in which the product was intentionally falsely advertised (and considering the logo I guess we can safely assume it was intentional). The misleading information by email stating that it comes without documentation is further aggravating the case. This is a clear case of attempted fraud. I have a hard time seeing how one can argue about this????

Again guys lovely to hear your thoughts and advice, funny enough had an opportunity to buy a unmarked tracker in the UK for $400 dollars looked genuine from the pics but didn't get it as I was unsure. But someone bought it !?!

So may get a Horan or other custom maker to make similar, or just stay with the Tops undecided at the moment.

Why not take a look at a Ranger RD7 or Afghan? You can deal directly with the owner/maker and get the real deal straight from the man himself. No worries about getting a fake.

Just a thought....

You can get the Tops Tracker here for $299 at One Stop Knife Shop. If you know someone visiting the states, they can put it in their stow away luggage and avoid the import fees.
