Please don't say I drank the coolaide...

Congrats Matt, I've been extremely pleased with mine. My regrind thought is to take the hollow ground straight section up to the top of the thumb hole, leaving a small flat full-width section (the width of what's above the thumb hole) extending down to where it already joins the flat ground tip section. I'm very impressed with the quality of these.

Edit to ad: Oh, you should open this one in private, you're gonna' wanna' smash sumthin'. :D

The thing seems like it will be a Spyderco Military on steroids and methamphetamine once I get it reground.

Three things, CM:

It's spelled Kool-Aid...

Yes, you drank it...

Good on ya, Bruddah.

If you're gonna drink the Kool-Aid, then an MKT is a great flavour....

It takes some using the knife to understand why it just works better than most knives at doing things is initially doesn't look like it will do very well.

Enjoy it, it will not be your last!

You will be pleasantly surprised on all counts including how sharp it is.

Better watch it,DDR might see this thread :D

I figured this would be like training wheels to get me ready for my next DDR... 5.5" and .25" thick.

Hope you enjoy it.

Me, even if I had Trump's money I haven't seen anything from Medford I'd be willing to pay for...

I just purchased a few jobber length .125 carbide drills. I have some Ti pin stock that's a few thousandths oversize and I'm just gonna hammer a piece in. Should work like the Spyderco Pikal.

I dont understand the zip tie stuff in reference to putting them on your knife you guys are talking about.
would someone please enlighten me?

Zip tie through blade hole catches the pocket seem. Acts like an Emerson wave. Pretty clever.

^ I think that zip tie thing is so horrible looking , its just too crude for me.And people make fun of knives made in China....
