I sent three PM's a while back and never heard back from you. You said in PM a I could buy a GSO-10 because you made extras, plus I put in a preorder for a M390 GSO-4 and never received any confirmation or anything. I sold the two that I bought from your original prototypes and have moved on. Wish you the best and I know you've been busy but with no communication I ended up buying elsewhere. My PM's show they went out but maybe you didn't get them. I will miss that M390 I wanted. Your knives are looking great from pics I've seen.

I recently switched to a new web team, after finding that I wasn't getting many of my emails and was having a lot of failed orders, as well as numerous other user interface related problems. That is straightened out now, with a completely new site platform and great new company. I'm glad to be done with all that. Please stop by and visit the all new SURVIVE!

That being said, while I try to treat every person like they are my only customer, I still get upwards of 30 emails a day, plus all of these messages from social media type sites. To keep things less confusing and to avoid any type of hard feelings moving forward, the only sales I will be conducting will be through the SURVIVE! website or ones that have been set up with specific terms, for things I currently have on hand. I get too many emails and messages and people have way too many user names, titles, handles, aliases, and email names for me to possibly begin to keep them straight for "down the road" or "keep me in mind" stuff.
On the GSO-4.1 you believe you preordered, did an actual transaction occur? If it did, please email me any transaction details and your name to:
Guy@SurviveKnives.com The only orders I know of that were failed so far are ones that people believed went through but no transaction had actually occurred. If a transaction did occur and you gave me a valid email at your time of purchase, check your junk box. You should have had an email update sent to you just last Friday evening. I've sent out about 4 updates since that preorder began. If no transaction occurred then I'm sorry for the hard feelings, I just never got your order.
A quick update, for those who did preorder. I'll have photos of orange handles tomorrow, as long as the snow isn't too bad. That color is run last, as the G-10 is harder on the tooling. I've sent Kiah a bunch of knives for sheath templating, so we should begin delivery everything by next week.
