Primble's Mystery GAW - Prizes Mailed

Red bone half whittler
White Owl
Baby Blue Russlock

Oops, I hear that Russlock is teal. Never mind :p

My favorite knife - the first one out of the box, and first in a long lineup of beautifully made, simple Jacknives. I'll never forget them. They strike a chord with me, and everyone around me!
The ring is equally dear! She-Who-Finds-Lost-Knives bought this at a Toronto Flea Market for my birthday. Old Navajo, signed by the artist, it is more than silver and Turquoise!

Much as I like shiny things, this is where my heart is!

An inward look at where I live, this house was a peeling Grey color since 1977. We raised 3 children, and helped greatly with raising 3 grandchildren here. Whenever we had money to paint it, someone needed braces, tutoring, a car needed replacing - - you get the picture! Today, the final brush-stroke was applied!!!
Most neighbors love it, a couple, not so much. It suits us perfectly!
We live in British Columbia, one of the most beautiful places in the world. Our newly painted home is the icing on this great big cake!!

Two members in one day that are color blind.

I showed this as a possibility and zero responses!?

Let me know what you think.

GEC Northfield Whiteowl

I am not sure about letting go of this one, but, maybe I could be convinced.

Hehehe
But yeah that owl is purty for sure

Nice color on your house Charlie...congratulations!!

A close up picture of the dark molasses bone Back Pocket 1st Run - I was thinking the 1st run would be neat for first place. ?? A Bose design for Case.

The melon tester in the group picture also has the long tailed C and 1st run engraved on the blade.

:)

and a fine icing it is Charlie.:)

Absolutely love the blue and white home - it would be the pride of Lexington, if there! Think "Big Blue Nation" (or UK basketball colors) !! :)

I bet the ones that say "not so much" will like it before long.

Thank you for your entry and you already know I concur with your Barlow thoughts and I understand why the nice ring is so special. ;):)

Waynorth - I added this image from the first page of Google Search - Images - for British Columbia. It can serve as the landscape for your area, if you wish.:

(well I just had to look and see if I agreed and I think I might):

I think those make for a pretty nice GAW. Thoughts ?? :)

I need to work on the trivia prize questions tomorrow.

Surely there is someone here that likes blue - err I mean teal knives. Charlie and I like blue houses. ;)

Beautiful Case prizes. Whoever wins is a very lucky person and we are all lucky to be able to see so many places via these awesome pictures

Nice choices there, I'm sure you'll miss those too, quite the thread you have going on here ;)

Thoughts??

Yes. Well done Primble. This was the most fun thread since I joined back in March.

Great knives that you picked for the winners and thank you for your generosity.

Thank you also for wasting two days of my life looking to solve the "Mystery" and then tell me that using a search engine is futile. I have bags under my eyes and crunched up balls of paper ("A Good Detective Uses a Note Pad....blah blah blah) in the corner were the wastebasket is overflowing with stupid "clues". You laugh now, but let me tell you something MR. "three" "grease" "Spring" "think horses" "Go back to post 98" "Go back to the beginning of this Thread"...Blah Blah Blah........ I hereby throw in the towel, I'm done, I quit!

btw...If you believe the last sentence I wrote, think again pal!:eek::barf::D:D:D

Well deserved my friend - well deserved. Maybe that is what caused you color blindness. ;)

"and that my friends is why vests have no sleeves..." ;)
