problem contacting seller "Otto"

Well, Vita. I have had excellent dealings with Otto in the past, an have friends here and elsewhere that have had good and have had problems. I do feel Otto is a straight guy. But as you know, we all have that one friend that, no matter how nice a guy they are and you just want to trust them, they just can't be relied on......well. I'd sit and visit with him all day long, but unless it was face to face, I wouldn't deal with him again.
 
he needs to get into contact with at least one of us to let us know what is happening. i am a patient guy, if he can at least CLAIM to have the knife on the way or at least confirm that he received my payment i will be contented a bit. i am almost considering a trip out to boston to close this deal up.

Save yourself the trouble, if he doesnt make things right soon just contact these people. I think they might be very interested in how he is misusing their mail system: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactUs/filecomplaint.aspx
 
Karda is right. File a complaint. The longer it goes without getting reported would not seem likely to help the chances of getting anything resolved.
 
This afternoon I will be filing a complaint with the postmaster.

Otto, I've spoken with you on the phone, you fed me a line of bull about sending me the knife. I have since left several more phone messages, PM's have gone unanswered, your email account doesn't work and you've managed to screw over more than one person for the same knife. Pretty pathetic way to ruin your rep for a $140.00. Hope it was worth it
 
Simply Man, you are just right, as you said you have to trust your friends till they proof they are unreliable or you know them better, the problem here is that all the people that does not know Otto as much as you, will be in jeopardize of been fooled, that is why I said that this kind of people should have the opportunity of been trusted any more by some other users of this forum

That is the purpose os this threat, let everybody know that people like Otto haven't be trusted, neither deal with him, but as there are no restriction for him to do it again, I believe he should be banned, that way you end the problem for the other users

Anyway complain with the Postal Service has been send , but I´m not sure of the results:

We are on the same page. I would not suggest that anyone deal with him due to his shaky track record. But I do not feel he is maliciously out to steal and con folks, he is just extremely unreliable IMO. If a ban is what is needed, then that is warranted, but I'll leave that to the Mods.
 
it showed up? wtf!! he has yet to get back to me. dvrdown, are you the guy from JD that got their knife?
 
Dan (and everyone else) as I explained to dvr I occationally need to spend a cpl. of days in hospital, this time it ended up 2 weeks. I had also just moved prior. Dan, I sent your knife out at least 3-4 weeks ago!. I listed the 3 knives I sold both here and on JD. I was not sure which went where, but all three are gone. Dvr's knife is the only one I sent out after I returned. I can't seem to find the Tr. rec. for your knife, but it has to be around here. I'll go to the PO and see what I can do. Sorry for the confusion. If it is def. lost I'll refund your $$, but let us see. I;d hate to be out the knife and the $$.
 
ok otto, its good to see you are alive. please get back to me about the tracking info because i honestly have not received any packages from you. communication is so important in these dealings, at first i was worried i had messed up and sent your m.o. to the wrong address, then i was worried that you had scammed me, then i was worried something had actually happened to you. next time, just please try to confirm that A: youve received payment and B: the knife is shipped. otherwise we tend to freak out.
 
Otto, I check the mail today, and I haven't received the knife, I bought it at JD, so you sold two over there, the other guy "tmbrcrafter" got his knife but I´m not so lucky, if by mistake you sold 2 here and two there, then 1 is missing, if that is the case please refund the money to the person that is not included in your "late" shipment list, I wish a full recovery

I keep sending him PM's still no answer, maybe I have to wait another month for a reply, Otto where are you?, I can understand that you are mad on me by filling a complain in the Postal Service, but that is your fault for the "no communication" that you are still having, at least with me , you have to resolve the issues with two more knives, can you be so kind to answer one of my PM's, man I'm really tired of you
 
Because I already try that and he is not answering, besides that I'm not the police, this low life keeps hiding under the radar, and doesn't care about his name been put so down, I'm tired of him, he can keep my money since I get tired of this crook, once a crook always a crook, regardless if he is a good guy with some others or if he is moving out, or in the hospital, or whatever he wants to say, he have plenty of time to make the things right or just answer to me at least once, I hope someday this come back to you Otto
