I understand frustrations, but they don't trump the rules here. So you think dropping F-bombs is going to get you somewhere quicker? Nice logic, not. You have been here long enough to know the rules.
As far as this person being senile is concerned, it apparently was your problem. I have no idea what otto's problem(s) is/are. Yes he did drop the ball, and he is now banned. What did you specifically want done at this point?

good looking out, just wanted to post that it is almost a year later and nothing has happened. i send him a message every other month but nothing.

Can't stand d-bags like this. It's a shame this stuff happens here. Ruins it for a lot of people including myself.
He should of been banned sooner.
