I think he's just vouching for your feedback and saying it that it would be unlikely that you hacked into the account over there.

Thank you for clarifying that Sir, I am sorry if I misinterpreted what he was trying to say. I just want this to be over, I really hoped everything just turned out well.

Saying you had great feedback over on those forums and the only way you could fake that is to have hacked an account. Which you did not do.
He wasn't calling you a hacker or a liar, he was saying it's highly unlikely you could fake the feedback and that you do indeed have excellent feedback.
