It seems like a shield would not accurately follow tradition (I was thinking a hiding bunny, ears down) but maybe a bunny tang stamp. Little details like that are cool.

One material that I've seen is black acrylic, don't know if GEC has used it much but I do have a 1 of 1 Rendezvous Special 92 that was made with it, may be too shiny though, it is a deep black.

Maybe it's already been discussed, but it looks like this will likely be on a 15 frame? At least it looks to be the same length as the 15's....

I think that’s been part of the reason for the delay getting it into production - Charlie has put the idea forward before but it wasn’t different enough to catch on with folks voting on a bladeforums knife.

Having used my bunny knife to skin some ebay packages recently, I have to say I like it. The short reverse angle blade provides plenty of power.

Closest comparison would be the original remington bullet knife

You can see the difference in blade angle here. The acute angle is great for piercing cuts.
