Proto Pics Of The BussMuk . . . !!!!!!

It's not something I'd buy as it doesn't suit a purpose for me but I really like the look of the knife and the grind!
BlackDiamonds edit is way cool too for another different design.

I've never owned a Busse, but if the design stays the same and with the orange-black handles, this will be my first! That's a sweet little knife. What are the specs on blade length and total length?

 . . . . We may or may not go with a full height grind. . . . testing will tell. . . But the overall shape is what you are looking at here. . . .

Whatcha think?. . . .

Let's Drink!

Jerry :D

Puts me a little in mind of this one...

I do wish the handle could have more of the traditional S-shape with the slight downturn at the end. I think it actually does have more than the picture suggests because of the angle.

I'm sure I'll wind up with at least 2 or 3 regardless.

Full height Convex grind to a zero edge!! .170 stock Satin finish.

WOOOT!!!!!! My sandpaper is SCREAMING to be let at that one....

I like it Jerry I would certainly want a few. Seems like a great lil bush knife, I would like to see it in comparison to an AD or similar.

I really like that blade shape... and I know you asked about an evaluation of the knife shape but i'll throw my vote in for a full height grind! ).
I'm not a big fan of the handle shape but maybe with a contoured micarta handle that had some more palm swell (like on the mags), i would be sold.

I don't know any other company that shares the proto pics... very cool to see what's cooking!!! Jerry is a master of anticipation!

It looks great! I've never had a Nessmuk style knife (never really been drawn to them), but I like it.

As a couple have mentioned, I'd like to see it either without the choil or with a bigger one that's actually functional to put a finger in. This seems like a blade that would be destined for "in-close" work.

I like it! I think fatter, hand shaped scales will really round this one out.

Looks good, boss. Need more proto testers? ;)

I have BIG hands, If your using the same size handle as the Active Duty. I'd like to see a finger sized choi to choke up to the blade for more control.
And full height grind....:D

Love that Skinner . Rounded butt w/o skull crusher would be fine, and another choice of handle material would be nice, I'm "Pumpkined" out! Hope this beauty comes to life.

WTF.......

Gone for a little while and look what I miss...

Jerry I will take a few... going to be the same price as the SS right ?
I like this one a lot better....

HEY lets also see a XXXL version.... with the fusion or EU handle....

With everybody making suggestions, I keep trying to come up with one myself. I just see this as the perfect EDC for me with no changes. Well, maybe the slabs. I like Tan canvas and Snakeskin.

I actually like those handles so I do not want them changed as they are distinctly Busse. Also, when you start throwing out too many changes, there is always a chance nothing would get made.

YES! I AGREE! 3/16th ...PERFECT!! nothing fatter. and excellent design, U MAKE, I BUY!!:thumbup:

Definitely need at least one thin version of this one somewhere between 1/8" and 3/16".

It's already getting some discussion over at Ramanon, where the Nessmuk is revered.

Already, one sharpened pry bar remark has emerged.

I posted my pics from this thread. :p
