The Pruner is actually a versatile outdoors/garden tool. Superb for harvesting veggies-courgette, lettuce, cabbages etc. Opens bags of earth, animal feed, birdseed, deals with clamshell covering very safely, cutting tarp or plastic sheet, wire stripping, fixes troublesome knots too

I think it true that it became something of an anachronism in agriculture/viticulture with the advent of sprung secateurs and different types of vine growing. But it's still a useful knife for taking small cuttings of plants, plus it's one cool looking pattern
