  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I picked up this sweet Kershaw Wild Turkey recently. Japanese, AUS6 steel, NS bolster, brass liners, & rosewood handles. I never considered a Kershaw, but interestingly found that they are part of Kai, who also made my Shun kitchen cutlery.

Really like the symmetry of the handle on this one. Of course I feel like it's a great user too with ATS-34 and full flat grind. Just something about a coke bottle handle and the satin finished bolsters and blade. I wish the bone wasn't as polished. I like the divots in the jigging to stay matte. I think they pressed too hard when buffing or the wheel was too soft.
