I like the yellow contrasting with the red. Maybe add the bottom phrase in a curve?not so much that it looks like an Amazon smile.

I like the design and I agree, the red and yellow is a bit bright. Just mute them down and it should work. I’m particularly fond of the old timey sign look.

Looks great to my old fashioned eyes. I personally like the toned up colors. It reminds me of the old west stuff I grew up with.

Heads up to my Canadian friends, just got an policy update from PayPal. If I'm reading things correctly (which I may be mistaken) it looks like as of 10/31 I'll no longer be able to receive PayPal from outside the U.S.

I haven't looked into to it too deeply but we'll have to consider what our other options are in the future. A sack of loonies is still on the table.

Had to laugh earlier, I got a warning and a threatened strike from YouTube that they removed an old video because it "featured a minor participating in a dangerous activity that poses a risk of bodily injury". I had to laugh because it was about a 5 second short of them doing a safety check and clearing the cylinders on a couple of single actions. Here's a screenshot.


I think to celebrate my first warning as a bad parent per YouTube we'll break out the AR .40 and let them dump some rounds out back at our little range.

On a good note, I had a dentist appt. today and they cancelled on me this morning. Only a temporary reprieve but I'll take it!

Will do Phil, thanks for the recommendation. I've driven through Salt Lake a hundred times but always make it a point not to stop to avoid the rat race. The few times we have stopped, traffic was terrible and just gettin off the Interstate to grab a bite to eat seemed like an hour ordeal.

I've heard there was a good Dinosaur museum there but haven't looked into it yet. Gonna try to find some things the kids will enjoy down there.
