If we are lucky enough to get a forum knife in future years, I think this needs to be on the box/tube label. Would go hand in hand with a meako rambling.

And that is sort of the crux of this issue, isn't it? This is basically a "porch" knife.... designed, voted on numerous times, discussed, by Porch members. You had no part in that process. You admitted you "knew" you would be disliked when you showed up to buy one....
When one of our regular members, you know, "that guy" points out that you do not meet the criteria, you got offended.... took it as a personal affront, which it most certainly was not.
You ever read the story of the "Little Red Hen" ? Google it.....

I think your assessment of yourself and this forum is spot on at this point.
 
Im aghast at some of the musings in this thread...but the award ...for most curmudgeonly sour grapes performance in 2021....goes tooo....the envelope please...... Busto Busto .. for his beligerent fact mongering and delusional foot stamping tantrums. ..I bet he mows his lawns at 0700 on Sunday mornings...

If you have a PP receipt that is all you really need. I don't have time to go back and confirm everybody's orders, but if you ordered and it went through PayPal then you are good.

Even if we messed up and didn't enter our bladeforums name in the comment section? (hypothetically speaking, that is, because it would be so embarrassing for me to admit I did that, having come from a long line of lawyers, English teachers, and proofreaders)

I would likely buy any Forum Knife that was offered. The issue is finding someone to put it together for us. Charlie has gone to GEC, Mike went to Viper, SKBlades went to Buck - someone with contacts needs to step up, regardless of who’s making the knife.
