Rambo V

I for one will not be seeing the movie. Lets start with the original novel. A Canadian wanted to exploit the Viet Nam war controversy in the U.S. by creating a kill crazy super vet. About the only connection between the first movie and the novel was the title but now we have the standard crazy Viet Nam vet the rest of us have had to live with since then. All the movies after that just continued that theme. The knifemakers involved never care what the real Stallone's politics are as long as they can make money off of it and see the knife on the cover of the blade. Greed is always better than principals

This sounds political to me, wrong section. You don't like Rambo???? You must not be American...

Or, he could use the original First Blood knife....and fill it to the top with his daily meds.

You mean his anti-aggression, anti-anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD meds. All reasons he's the ultimate war machine. :p

And this has to do with discussing what knife he should use in the movie how, exactly?

As 91bravo 91bravo mentioned, if you want to discuss politics - please go to Political. If you want to discuss Stallone or his movies - please go to Community.

We are trying to have a discussion about knives.

Rambo 1 the first and the best . return to the beginning and the 1st knife .

every sequel after that sucked ass.

But, he has become a national hero since then. Surely, whatever officer appropriated the knife would have gracefully returned it to him by now.

n2s

I thought the guy from NYPD Blue and CSI:Miami took it.

I'm still going with something like this

Comfortable ergonomics, doesn't put much strain on the wrist and fingers, doesn't require a lot of fine motor control...none of us are getting any younger.

Probably a pair of nice New Balance walkers would help too. Great support, cushioning, and motion control. Guy as to stay mobile.

SAK farmer should be all the knife he should need. If he can't handle it with that does he really deserve an action flick.

A case peanut, a beretta, and a simple recurve bow will be the only tools of destruction, from what I hear!
But seriously, I really want the exploding heads(from .50 cal or 30mm)to be real, ie not cgi but actual red corn syrup and latex! The last Rambo was pretty cool, except didn’t he forge his own knife before taking the rescue team upriver?

I'm pretty sure that thing would be illegal in Mexico. :D

The only switchblade I ever owned I bought in an open air market in Ciudad Juarez, so I think a sak is ok!!
