I like wine boxes.

Don't you friggin' love that? Every day it seems that some knucklehead manages to do that here.
The FedEx guy is the worst. We have told him to slow down a couple times but he is just a jerk. One day when he was delivering a package I saw him walking on the other packages to get to ours out of the back. And my package was a case of wine which clearly had a this way up and he was just holding it sideways with one hand. That guy is just rude.

Up until not too long ago, we had lots of problems with FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. Both in terms of reliability of delivery and condition of packages received. It's gotten much better in the past year or two.

They used to miss deliveries and then put in codes for "gate was locked", (there's no gate on our property or in the subdivision), "dangerous conditions", "high water", none of which applied. It got to the point where I'd call them and give them a ration.

The other day, the USPS failed to deliver a package I was home to receive. They put in a note online that said that it was "left at the post office at customer request". Really?

Pathetic.

I feel your pain, Jo.

Back to gravel. Our worst offender is the neighbor across the way. If I could legally dispatch him, I would.

(Note to NSA / CIA / et al...I'm just kidding about the dispatching. It was humor. Get it? Humor. Now recall the drones and take the black helicopters away.)

o_O;)
